At the Community Health Care Clinic, our work doesn’t end with a single visit—it’s ongoing, personal, and deeply rooted in trust. We are our patients’ medical home. For many, we are the only place they can turn—not just for care, but for compassion, understanding, and stability in a life that often lacks all three.
We don’t just treat illness—we teach our patients how to manage it. We provide the medications they need, care for their dental health (often restoring function and confidence with new dentures), and support their mental well-being—especially critical as they face the trauma of migration and the growing fear caused by increased immigration enforcement.
As the number of uninsured individuals continues to rise, so does the need. We’ve seen a surge in new patient applications—and we expect that to accelerate. Our priority is to meet this demand quickly, connecting every individual to care as soon as possible.
But our small, dedicated team of nine is stretched thin. To keep up—and to ensure no one falls through the cracks—we know we’ll need to grow. Your support will help us do just that. It will position us to respond to the increasing need with the same level of care, dignity, and humanity that every person deserves.
