Your Gift Makes a Difference!
It’s not just care — it’s relief, dignity, and the reassurance that someone cares.
Give the Gift of Health!
When I joined CHCC a year ago, I was told I was joining a family. Now, I see that truth every day—in our staff who go above and beyond, volunteers who give tirelessly, and supporters like you, whose generosity makes our work possible.
Today, I’m reaching out with a heartfelt question: Would you consider increasing your support this year to help us care for even more neighbors who need us most?
Take Mary, for example. She is a beautician at a local senior living community—a job that doesn’t provide health insurance. Because of the care she’s received at CHCC, she is able to be the primary caregiver and provider for her mom and daughter. She loves what she does and considers it a privilege to help those “young-at-heart” feel beautiful and special. Family supports family.
Or Jose, who you may remember from a few years ago. He was home bound after a stroke—unable to walk, talk, or move his fingers. Today, thanks to physical and speech therapy at CHCC, he can walk and speak to his family. His cousin Fernando helps him with exercises and therapy appointments, and together they’ve made incredible progress. Without CHCC and his family’s support, Jose might not have survived—and certainly wouldn’t be walking and talking today. Family supports family.

Right now, our neighbors are struggling, and the social safety net is fraying. For more than 30 years, CHCC has stood as a source of care, hope, and stability for those with nowhere else to turn.
But the landscape of giving has changed. Traditional funders, like State Farm and United Way, have scaled back, and competition for charitable dollars has intensified across every sector—healthcare, the arts, media, and beyond. More than ever, our uninsured neighbors are counting on us—and on donors like you.
Thank you for your past generosity. If you are able, we hope you will consider increasing your gift this year. Your support will ensure that no one in McLean County faces hardship alone—and that patients like Mary and Jose continue to receive the care they need to thrive.
Here’s the impact your gift can make:
Your $50 provides a prescription refill for someone managing a chronic illness — giving them comfort, stability, and a chance to feel like themselves again.
$100 covers a dental visit that ends weeks of pain — and brings back someone’s confidence to smile again.
Your $250 gift funds a counseling session for someone struggling with anxiety or depression — giving them a safe place to be heard, to heal, and to hope again.
$500 provides a month of medical care for one uninsured patient — doctor visits, lab work, prescriptions, and follow-up.
Every $1,000 gift helps keep our clinic doors open for one full day — ensuring our ability to care for those who need us most.
Your $2,500 gift supports comprehensive care — medical, dental, and mental health services that restore hope and health for those who have nowhere else to turn.
A $5,000 gift strengthens the Clinic’s foundation — keeping our pharmacy stocked, our lights on, and our providers ready for every person who needs care.
It’s a gift that says: “Everyone deserves to be healthy.”
Your generosity makes it possible for CHCC to provide medical care, dental care, behavioral health counseling, and prescription medicines to those who need it most. Every gift, especially an increased gift, helps even more families in our community.
Thank you for standing with us—and for our community. Every gift makes a difference, and every increased gift makes an even bigger impact.
With gratitude,

Holly Wayland-Hall, Executive Director
P.S. Your kindness truly changes lives. Thank you for considering a larger gift this year so patients like Mary and Jose can continue receiving the care they need.
